Summary: ClassNotFoundException in JBossConnectionNode
Initial Comment:
When MC4J is used to connect in JBoss when the method
retrieveMEJB() from the JBossConnectionNode class is
used a ClassNotFoundException is launched.
To FIX this change the context classloader as the JBoss
version of the MBeanServerFactory uses it to find their
class as used in the connect() method.
