MC4J 1.2 beta 9 released! (3/14/05)
This release is primarily to fix bugs with the WebLogic and WebSphere Studio support. Sorry it took so long.

MC4J 1.2 beta 8 released! (1/18/05)
This release fixes some compatibility bugs with certain servers and adds minor new features to MC4J.

MC4J 1.2 beta 7 released! (10/14/04)
This release improves and simplifies the user interface while adding new standards support and more compatibility with servers and JDK 1.5. Includes:
- JDK 1.5 final support
- JSR-77 support (WebSphere, Geronimo, JBoss, OC4J)
- Improved dashboard system with new HTML layouts
- Pramati server support
- Geronimo Server support
- Improved connection creation
- Lots of bug fixes...
- Now on the Apache License
- Updated to the NetBeans Platform 4.0
Note: There is currently a known incompatibility with WebSphere that is being investigated. A future release will once again add support for WebSphere.
MC4J 1.2 beta 5 released! (4/8/04)
Support for JDK 1.5 and OC4J, better dashboards and other improvements are included in MC4J 1.2 beta 5. Other improvements include:
- JDK 1.5 thread monitoring (states and stacks)
- JDK 1.5 memory pool monitoring (pie charts and graphs)
- Improved dashboard system and documentation to build your own
- OC4J server connections
- Authenticated JSR 160 connections
- Lots of bug fixes...
MC4J 1.2 beta 4 released! (2/19/04)
Better server support is the name of the game with MC4J 1.2 beta 4. New and improved support for WebSphere 5, JBoss 4 and Tomcat make MC4J much more flexible and compatible. Other improvements include:
- Built on the NetBeans 3.6 platform for native platform look & feel
- A new live table view with sorting for dashboards, shows interesting values in your server
- A drop-down menu of operations on each bean
- Specific dashboards for WebLogic, JBoss & Tomcat
- Support for WebSphere 5.0 connections
- Support for JSR 160 (JMX Remoting) connections
- Released on the Sapient Public License 1.0

MC4J 1.2 beta 3 released! (11/12/03)
MC4J version 1.2 has moved onto beta 3 and has a number of new improvements that should make it easier to use. It now works with WebLogic 8.1 and has better speed and error checking. Also, we're including Mac OS X and Linux installers and have tested on those platforms. (Note: MC4J does not currently support JBoss 3.2.2 or 4.0) See the list of supported servers below.
MC4J 1.2 beta 1 released!
A new release is available! MC4J 1.2 beta 1 has been uploaded to the download servers. This release adds some experimental new features and polishes some of the old ones. Please give us feedback on this latest release and our new User Guide.
